Guest House is located above the lobby & gym in a building on the side of our property. We live in the main home on the property. Stairs are required to access the private entrance to your unit. You will also need a personalized code for access which will be provided upon check-in. You will enter in through the ground level lobby which provides access to: *Media room* *Pool table* *Indoor pickleball court* *Indoor half basketball court* The lobby amenities and pickleball court are areas we are happy to share with you during your stay. You will also find a private space behind the Guest House where you can sit at the patio table and enjoy the fresh air, open space, green grass, listen to the water and often catch a glimpse of deer or an owl - all while in the safety of a quiet neighborhood. Hot Tub access not included. Lobby includes shared access to billiards and pickleball. We live fulltime in the main home on the property. While we are social, we respect your privacy and will take our que from you on how much you want to engage. It is important to us that you have a fantastic experience while you are staying in with us. We are always available via the Airbnb App. If you see us out and about in the yard or patio, and want to connect, please come on over and say, "hello"! Our guest house is located above our gym on the back of our property. We live full time in the main house, but will respect your privacy and space during your stay. The gym is a shared space as we will workout some mornings there.
