The space The apartment comprises - A 33 m² living room with sofa, table... - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob coffee maker, senséo coffee machine and a coffee maker, food processor... - Bedroom 1: bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: bedroom with double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3: bedroom with 2 single beds - Bathroom with bath and double washbasin - Separate WC Outside area : - A 16 m² terrace with garden furniture (2 sofas, an armchair, a table), a round table and 4 chairs to enjoy the fine weather. Other things to note - Sheets are included and put on the beds before your arrival. Beds can be made before your arrival for an additional charge (price decreases according to the number of beds). - Towels are not provided, but can be hired if required. - We provide small hand towels, a sponge, washing-up liquid and a bath mat. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation (with the exception of dogs weighing less than 20kg, for an extra charge of €15/stay, with a limit of one pet per stay). - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
