The front garden and its corners with sun loungers are available to guests (not exclusive use), who can enjoy a barbecue area equipped with a large table and chairs. Guest access Guests will have access to the large front garden of the house, as well as to the kitchen, living room and bathroom. The use of the kitchen also includes all appliances except the dishwasher and the large gas oven, which has been replaced by a small electric oven. Other things to note The house is located near Pescara, in the Italian region of Abruzzo. Famous for its predominantly mountainous and hilly terrain (where the highest peaks of the Apennines are found, such as the Gran Sasso, and the only glacier in the Apennines). The region also overlooks a wonderful stretch of the Adriatic Sea (130 km of coastline), and is home to the Abruzzo National Park, the oldest in Italy, with its natural environment rich in mountains and forests and unique fauna such as bears, wolves and deer. Abruzzo is a territory rich in history and culture, as evidenced by the numerous monuments, castles, Romanesque churches and ancient necropolises scattered throughout every corner of the region. There are wonderful medieval villages, some of the most beautiful in Italy, nestled in the mountains, where the architecture and traditions are preserved, together with the products of the land and the local cuisine. The Abruzzo food and wine offer includes products such as arrosticini (spit-roasted sheep meat), spaghetti alla chitarra and the prestigious Montepulciano d'Abruzzo wine.
