Key features of the Units: · The studio apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building, no lift only stairs. · The studio has a small kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, dining table, sitting area and a non pool facing balcony. PLEASE NOTE THE APARTMENT DOES NOT FACE THE COURTYARD AND IS A NON-POOL FACING UNIT. · The units are located in a gated complex which has a 24 hours Security service and CCTV cameras all around the property. · The property is bordered by lush, landscaped gardens and lots of greenery. · The complex has a common swimming pool and the timings to use the pool are between 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Please note, proper swim wear is a must, no cotton clothes are allowed. Music is NOT allowed by the Poolside. · 24 hours water supply and Free WIFI is available in every unit. · The property is self-catering. We do not provide room service as we are not a hotel but a holiday home. · There is a Genset and a UPS power back for power cuts which are not uncommon in Goa. This covers only lights, fans, TV etc. · There is a free parking space for 1 vehicle inside the premises. · There is a fully equipped kitchen which comes with a Refrigerator, Microwave, Electric Kettle, Toaster, Induction, Cooking utensils such as tawa, kadai, saucepan etc and a proper set of cutlery and crockery. · There is a SMART TV in the unit. · Iron and Ironing board, and Hairdryer can be provided on request. · Breakfast and other meals are not provided, although we provide you with an equipped kitchen wherein only daily consumables will have to be bought by the guest. Or else there are tons of eateries and places to party within a 5 minutes’ walk from the property or else food can be ordered from the nearby places. · We have a Property Manager on site that is available between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the property and 24/7 on call. He can assist you with arranging the following services: · Car/bike rentals at an extra cost · Airport transfers at an extra cost · Restaurant suggestions · Sightseeing tours at an extra cost Guest access Guest can access the entire property - The entire Apartment - The reception area - The gardens/ lawns - The common area and swimming pool area - Covered parking slot Other things to note 🏡 House Rules & Housekeeping Policy To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please take note of the following: 🧺 Housekeeping & Linen Policy * Housekeeping service is provided **every alternate day**. * For stays longer than **3 days**, bed linens will be changed every 3 days. * For stays exceeding **7 days**, linens will be changed **twice a week**. * For stays longer than **one month**, cleaning will be done **every alternate day**, with linens changed **twice weekly**. 🔌 Amenities on Request Pressure Cooker, hair dryers, and irons are available upon request. Please let us know in advance if you need any of these. 🔇 Quiet Hours We kindly request guests to respect neighbors and avoid loud music or excessive noise after **8:00 PM**. 🚭 No Smoking Policy Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. If smoking is detected indoors, a **fine of ₹3,000** will be charged. 💰 Security Deposit A **refundable security deposit of ₹10,000 (cash)** is required at check-in. This will be refunded at check-out, provided there is no damage to the apartment or its contents. This policy is non-negotiable. 🧼 Cleanliness Please remember this is a **private home, not a hotel**. We request you to treat the space with the same care as your own home. Any excessive mess — particularly involving food waste, spills, or damage — may result in an additional **cleaning fee of ₹2,000** at check-out.
