Within walking distance you can reach Wilhelmsstraße with its restaurants and shops as well as the beach with the famous pier. The southern beach with harbor and the beautiful granite forests are also within walking distance. Perfect for family vacations, as well as for romantic vacations for two. The space The elaborately renovated and lovingly restored Villa Victoria was built around the turn of the century in the typical spa architecture style. The bright apartment on the 2nd floor was renovated and redesigned in 2022/23. It is quiet but central: The fine sandy beach at the pier can be reached in approx. 8 minutes. The south beach with marina, restaurants, shops and the adventure pool are also within walking distance. The sunny, green courtyard of the villa invites you to linger and relax or barbecue with its Mediterranean flair. The latter can be rented on site. Bicycle racks are also available. Parking is available on site free of charge. The high-quality 3-room apartment is comfortably and modernly furnished. In the sunny veranda, you can start the day comfortably with a cup of coffee or tea or end it relaxed with a glass of wine. Here you can read or simply relax. For an occupancy of 4 people, the veranda room is used as a separate bedroom, with a 160 x 200 cm double bed that can be converted back into a cozy daybed during the day. The other bedroom is equipped with a 160 x 200 cm double bed and a beautiful chandelier. The bright daylight bathroom offers modern comfort. The bright and friendly living room is equipped with a high-quality seating area and a modern flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi on site. Books and games offer additional entertainment. The built-in kitchen has a ceramic stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a free-standing fridge with freezer in a retro look. The fully automatic coffee machine prepares coffee specialties from beans or ground coffee. A classic filter machine is also available. The apartment has a washer-dryer, which can be used for free. A linen package (1 x duvet cover, sheets, pillows and large hand towel, small hand towel per person and shower mat) can be booked before arrival at an additional cost. The Baltic Sea resort of Sellin belongs to the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Southeast Rügen with wonderful, unspoiled nature. In just 2 minutes you can reach the beautiful beech forests of the Granitz for walking or running. There are numerous cycling and hiking trails in the surrounding area. The small train station for the "Rasender Roland" is only about 15 minutes' walk. With your Sellin spa card, you can use the local spa train and the local bus free of charge. This non-smoking apartment is ideally suited for up to 4 people. Arrival is possible after 4 pm and departure by 10 am.
