The contemporary kitchen is very well-equipped, providing all you will need to cook up some delicious home cooked meals to enjoy in the separate dining area. With its oak beams and an inglenook fireplace featuring a cosy wood burning stove, the inviting sitting room is the perfect place to relax after a day out exploring the beautiful Cotswolds. Upstairs are two luxurious en-suite bedrooms, along with en-suite shower rooms. Choose between a king-size bed, or flexible bedroom two with its super-king size zip and link bed which can be configured as twin singles beds if required, making Stable Barn ideal for both families and friends. In the summertime, guests can enjoy a morning coffee whilst listening to birdsong outside on the pretty patio overlooking the beautifully landscaped garden. Stable Barn located in the pretty village of Little Rissington, is perfectly positioned to explore everything the Cotswolds has to offer. Please note, children and infants are included in the maximum capacity of four guests. The bedding is a mixture of feather and non-feather. A charcoal barbecue is provided during the period of April - October. Off-street parking is available for up to two vehicles. Guests must park in the driveway, and not at the rear of the property. The parking at the rear of the property is reserved for housekeeping. Dining room With a dining table seating six guests and door opening out to the garden. Kitchen With an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, OPAL coffee machine (takes small pods; small LOR or Nespresso type pods), dishwasher and a breakfast table seating two guests. Utility room With a washing machine and tumble dryer. Cloakroom With a wash basin and WC. First Floor: Bedroom one With a 5' king-size bed. En-suite bathroom With a bath and overhead shower, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC. Bedroom two With a 6' super-king size bed that can be converted into twin 3' single beds on request and an en-suite shower room. En-suite shower room With a shower, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside: Patio at rear overlooking the pretty garden with garden furniture (a rattan table and chairs, along with sun loungers) and a charcoal barbecue. Parking for two cars on the driveway.
