Quiet apartment two blocks from the Sea, on the first floor, with SWIMMING POOL, quiet street, very well located, with everything a family needs to prepare food, BEDDING NOT included, but can be provided. It is not allowed to bring more guests than the number informed, if this occurs it will be in breach of the HOUSE rules, Pets only the amount informed in the reservation, if it is not informed DO NOT bring them, please. JULY AND NEW YEAR'S EVE ONLY BY PACKAGE The apartment does NOT have a barbecue The space Kitchen with all the necessary utensils, including microwave, blender and sandwich maker, in a total of beds to accommodate up to 12 people, there is a hammock in the living room for those who like to take a nap, the price does NOT include bed linens and towels, which are available at an EXTRA cost. We remind you that the building does NOT have a barbecue in the Pool area. Guest access The covered parking has limited spaces, only 1 vehicle can be parked, others can easily park in front of the property, we have a caretaker. Counting from the beach, the building is on the third street. Other things to note If the guests want tips on places to visit or where to eat better or cheaper, in short, whatever is necessary, I am available to guide you. It is charged per number of people. If they take pets or more people than informed, they will be breaking the BNB rules and will have to pay for additional guests
