Current neighbors sometimes play loud music and sometimes have dogs outside who bark at your arrival but are quiet at night. The space This was our family's second home when we were in town for work before we outgrew it and we absolutely loved it. As you step through the mudroom/back solarium, you'll instantly feel the allure of this remarkable space. Upon reaching the front door, you'll notice the modern touch of a smart door lock, providing both convenience and security for your stay. From there, the journey begins as you pass into the welcoming laundry room, thoughtfully equipped to meet your practical needs. As you proceed further, you'll be drawn into the heart of the home—the kitchen and living room area. The living room, adorned with charm and comfort, features a fold-out bed to accommodate extra guests or provide a cozy spot for relaxation. Continuing onward, you'll discover the main bedroom, a tranquil retreat boasting a luxurious king-size bed and an inviting office area. Whether you're here for leisure or business, this space has everything you need for a peaceful stay. Connected to the main bedroom, you'll find the front solarium, a delightful bonus space that we've transformed into a second bedroom. With a comfortable daybed, it's the perfect spot for a restful slumber or simply basking in the natural light that pours through the grand windows. Throughout the home, the blend of historic charm and modern amenities ensures an enchanting and memorable experience. Our renovated historic home is ready to embrace you with warmth and elegance, creating cherished memories during your stay. Any stays 30 days or more will require a mid-stay clean which will be separately billed for $85 every two weeks. *We kindly ask all our guests to respect our strict no-party policy. For the comfort and consideration of our neighbors, parties are not permitted on the premises. Additionally, we must remind our guests not to bring in additional guests beyond the ones listed in the reservation. In the event that a party is held or extra unregistered guests are brought in, we will have to request the responsible party to leave the premises immediately. Regrettably, this would also result in the forfeiture of any refund and may incur additional charges to cover any damages or disruptions caused. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a harmonious atmosphere for all our guests and the surrounding community. Thank you for your consideration. We also have a very strict no-pets policy with many people sneaking in dogs we have decided to enforce a $150 charge if pets are brought in on top of charging for any damages that may have incurred. If you are looking to check-in early or a late check-out, please be aware there will be a $10 per hour extra charge. Please let us know ASAP so we can try and accommodate you!
