Loud music/noise is not allowed and parties must be pre-approved. The space This finca has an original historic finca structure but has been fully remodeled inside and out. This property has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, along with a laundry room, full kitchen, dining room, living room. The living room and two bedrooms have Smart TVs. Two bedrooms have queen sized beds and one bedroom has two twin sized beds. The bathrooms have been fully remodeled. The outdoor living space with 180 degree views of the city and surrounding mountains can be enjoyed from the oversized patio and private pool and Jacuzzi. The pool and Jacuzzi area is eqiped with plenty of louging chairs, tables and several portable hammock's to lay back and reelax. Eating, resting, working or playing games are all perfect in the large attached gazebo which is equiped with a big screen SMART TV and a natural gas barbecue for outdoor cooking. Guest access This finca is incredibly safe with a gated entrance, outdoor security cameras, driveway and designated covered parking. You will have access to the interior laundry room, patio, gazebo and private pool. The roads to and from the house are all is 100% paved with plenty of lighting and security. Good morning. The house is very close to town so we have Taxis, uber and several trusted private drivers that also provide transport for the same price of a taxi. The bus stop in also a short distance away, 10 min walk. There is also grocery and restaurant delivery services directly to the house. Other things to note We built this house with all of the possible conforts that you would expect to find in a modern home including hot water on demand in every shower, sink and kitchen.
