Accessibility: Right at the street, the house has an easy entrance, very well recognized, with a beautiful yellow and blue medium wall, a little iron door to add some safety, even though the area is completely safe. They are also welcome to enjoy all the common areas just in case it was necessary. Guests will have access to a private and modern room and another little flat with a private bath, hot & cold water, AC, an equipped kitchen and others amenities. Breakfast and dinners are not served at the house because the host is an old-woman and some health ailments don´t allow her to offer that service. But right at the corner, there´s a bar-restaurant where breakfast and meals are offered for very reasonable prices. Otherwise guests may prepare their own meals every time they wish. This property is perfect for families, couples, friends, business travelers, having so independent spaces with amenities to share all together. Find the wonderful beach just 2 blocks away (5 minutes walking) and just minutes from plenty of spots of strong attractions such as Todo por Uno (a mall right a block away), Josone Park, 62 St., Chocolate House, The Beatles Bar, Havana Club Rum House, and others. - There are other separate listings for other smaller lodgings options. - The family lives in the main house, absolutely independent from guests´ house. Anyway they are 24 hrs. available. - Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of the main house that the owner occupies and the other guests’ room. - The terrace is available, perfect to have a morning coffee or tea, outdoor breakfasts or meals, talks among friends or with the owners to get to know about our wonderful city and its culture, share a drink, enjoy the sun in the afternoons and other options. The terrace has two spaces, an indoor and an outdoor one, with a table and chairs each. Our Cuban team will make you feel like you found a new Home!!They will be there to guide you and assist with any tours you wish to book. Other things to note We often release 1-2 individual rooms if we aren't blocking off the whole house for someone. One-night bookings are not allowed. We have set two nights minimum. But if there is a night gap in our schedule, we´re very happy to accept it, just shoot us a message and we´ll go from there.
