The apartment is located in a very quiet area, ideal for resting and enjoying the beautiful nature. In the mornings you can hear the birds singing and see some colorful families of birds. With the spectacular view you can enjoy a beautiful sunset and unparalleled rest. The space The accommodation in our beautiful apartment in Punta Pichilingue is unique since all the decoration is aimed at all people who like rest and good taste. The master bedroom has a beautiful panoramic view of the Bay of Puerto Marqués as well as Bedroom 2 which also has a beautiful view of the Bay of Puerto Marqués, Bedroom 3 and 4 have a view of our gardens. Guest access The apartment has 2 covered parking spaces. It is essential to arrive by car as it is in a private area that we only have easy access to by car. We have 1 swimming pool and a splash pool that you can use from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. To access the pool, you must go down 55 steps. No parties and loud music noise after 10pm In the living and dining rooms we have a very large window so we do not have air-conditioning in that area but we do have pedestal and ceiling fans. Each room has air conditioning and ceiling fans at your disposal and a private bathroom except for Bedroom 4 which is shared with the guest bathroom. We have Sky TVs in all bedrooms. Accommodation includes CLEANING every 2 days. If you need to have food cooked for you, there will be an extra cost. Other things to note Opposite we have a delicious Paella Restaurant and the Camino Real Hotel. It is very important that you plan to buy groceries as the nearest store is WalMart and it is a 10-minute drive away. The nearest beach is Puerto Marquez, which can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. We have a 24-hour surveillance booth.
