Kriluki is a character-filled family home that offers various accommodation options in the green and leafy area of Karindal, Stellenbosch. It is situated on the way to Jonkershoek Nature Reserve, close to wine farms and Stellenbosch Central. A small shopping centre is 300m away and is open daily from 7am to 7pm. This property offers guests a huge amount of choice in terms of accommodation. Rooms and facilities can be booked separately or as a group. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. The space This property offers guests a huge amount of choice in terms of accommodation, as well as a shared entertainment area with swimming pool. The main house, with large kitchen, dining and lounge area is double storey and has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are three bedrooms downstairs (Pecan, Teak and Plum) that are booked separately and have their own entrances. See description for each and note the varied facilities. Please note that there are wooden floors above these rooms, so it is sometimes possible to hear other guests. Please be considerate with your own noises and telephone conversations. There is also a separate two-bedroom and two-bathroom cottage that has a small kitchen, dining table, lounge and fireplace called Grapevine. It has a secluded outdoor entertainment area under a Grapevine festooned pergola and its own garden. Guest access All accommodation options have use of the garden with outdoor seating which is great for a morning coffee, lunch, dinner or sundowners. The garden is tranquil and has many quiet places to birdwatch, enjoy reading a book or to get work done. This property offers guests a huge amount of choice in terms of accommodation, as well as a shared entertainment area, swimming pool and wood burning hot tub in winter (this needs to be pre-booked). Other things to note To get groceries just go out the gate - turn left and walk down the road, take the first street left - the shop is on your left after about 100m. The centre of Stellenbosch with a wide selection of restaurants, galleries and shopping is 2kms away. This is easily reached by walking along the Eerste River enjoying the trees and flowers.
