Welcome to our home! It has a very homey feel with clean finishing touches to help you have a comforting and relaxing stay. Enjoy the day by the pool and relax in the outdoor sitting area. The backyard is a peaceful oasis. Kitchen was updated a couple years ago and opens straight into the livingroom. Nearby access to 67 and I-20 makes it easy to get to Dallas, Fort worth, Waxahachie, and all the cities in between. The space Bedroom 1: 2 beds... 1 full size bed with extra drawer space and 1 twin size bed Bedroom 2: 1 full size bed, night stand, and dresser to accommodate long stays. Bedroom 3: (Available if needed for an additional fee with advance notice) Queen bed with private bath, 2 drawer dressers, desk, and TV. Closet will not be available in this room, but there is subsitution clothing rack and plenty of dresser space. Guest access Guest will have access to all areas of the house except 1 hall closet and the master bedroom/master bath (unless otherwise requested in advance, then only the master bedroom closet will be unavailable in that room). There is a total or 2 driveway parking spots available as well as parking for 2 cars in front of the house on the cul-de-sac (please don't park within 10 feet of the mailbox so mailman has access. Garage is separated from the home and unavailable for use). Please let other guests know that locked doors and garage are monitored and off limits. Pool is closed from fall- March. No lifeguard on duty so children under 18 should be accompanied in the backyard/when swimming by an adult who can care for and be held liable for said children. Other things to note Our counter tops are beautiful but a little sensitive to absorbing liquids quickly so we ask that you whipe up any spills or water splashes as soon as they happen so it doesn't absorb into the wood. Especially around the sink. We have a table cloth near the sink that we use to whipe up splashes that occurred while we washed dishes. Please use it and the coasters in the livingroom when needed! We appreciate your help in keeping the countertops in good shape:)
