The unit is located on the 4th floor of an 8th story building. It is in Building E, one of the 5 Buildings in this Condominium complex. You will love this place because of a resort style with gardens, pool, nice breeze. It is a peaceful place to come back to after an adventure day in a busy city of Bangkok ^_* Guest access Swimming Pool, Gym, Garden, Sky Garden, Laundry and Water dispenser room, Meeting Room, Living Room in Building A, B and E. Violation will be subject to 2,000 baht for extra cleaning to eliminate the cigarette smell. * Please close the window, switch off the air-conditioner and electronic devices when leaving the room. * Kindly take care of the KeyCard, any loss or damage of the key card, a replacement of 1,000 Baht will be charged per card. * A Keycard deposit is 500 baht per card and will be returned during checkout. * I can help to submit the TM30 form of your stay, you will need this in case of visa extension too. I will need the passport details for the submission. * * Water Utility and Hi Speed Internet are free of charge, ** For booking of 7 nights or more, you will receive weekly or monthly discount so the electricity is not included and need to be paid separately. The Electricity fee is 6 baht per consumption unit using Electricity meter to calculate during check in and checkout. - Normally the estimated cost per month is around 9xx baht to 1,xxx baht to 2xxx baht depending how much air conditioner is used. There is also a portable fan in the room in case you don't need to use the air conditioners all the time and this help to save some electricity cost. - please kindly note that this is a new condo and there might be some renovation noises from other units during the day from time to time between 9:00-18:00 during May-July2024.
