You will need to access a flight of stairs to reach the unit as . there are no lifts in the building. We make use of a lockbox facility and guests have the convenience of retrieving their keys via the lockbox onsite, at a time that suits them! Your hostess will send you all the details regarding the location and code upon booking confirmation. Our staff are always available to collect your keys at checkout, or, if you have an early start and wish to leave earlier than the checkout time, you are welcome to make use of the lockbox again. This self-check in is seamless and convenient. Other things to note A weekly clean and linen/towel change for guests staying longer than 10 days is a mandatory condition of occupation. This assists us in not only keeping the apartment clean and in tip-top shape, but allows you to enjoy your holiday knowing your apartment is refreshed with essential linen and towels. This weekly cleaning fee is charged over and above the cost of your reservation/once off cleaning fee, as staff need to be paid to provide this essential service. Staff work onsite and these mid-stay cleans generally take about 4-5 hours to complete. We do not allow outside/unauthorized staff onsite to perform these cleans for security reasons. Private guests occupying units for long term stays outside of Air BnB will be required to purchase their own pre-paid electricity.
