The space Our Canyon Cove Beachfront Apartment is the perfect choice for large groups or families looking for a memorable stay right by the sea. Enjoy the beach views, cook meals together, have a BBQ, and create lasting memories with all the comforts of home. 1. Booking Policy: Our property can accommodate a maximum of 15 guests. Please ensure you book for the correct number of guests to avoid any additional charges. If you exceed the number of guests you booked, there will be an additional charge of PHP 1,000 per night for each extra guest. Charges apply to all guests staying overnight, including maids or drivers. Children below 2 years stay for free. 2. Bedrooms: The unit features one private bedroom with a toilet and a living room that has been converted into a bedspace area with two queen-size bunk beds. It comfortably sleeps up to 15 adults, with a mix of queen beds, bunk beds, and single beds. Additional mattresses in the living room offer versatile sleeping arrangements for extra guests. 3. Living Room: A cozy spot to gather, with an HD TV and HDMI cable ready for connecting your laptop to stream music or movies. A karaoke machine is provided, perfect for groups who want to enjoy some fun sing-along moments. 4. Kitchen & BBQ Area: Fully equipped with basic cooking utensils and appliances, so you can prepare meals just like at home. A BBQ stand on the patio is available for those who want to enjoy outdoor grilling, adding to the beachside experience. No Corkage Fees: Feel free to bring your own food and drinks without any extra charges. 5. Dining Room: This area is perfect for mealtimes or a place to unwind with a book or a game. Its cozy atmosphere makes it a great spot for socializing with family and friends. Free Parking: Parking spaces are available in front of the unit building, on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Checkpoints: There are two checkpoints upon entering Canyon Cove. At the main gate, you’ll need a Gate Pass, so please submit your guest list and car plate numbers in advance. After the main gate, proceed to the second gate for access to the Canyon Cove Apartments. 3. Free Beach and Apartment Pool Access: Guests staying in the apartments have free access to the beach and apartment pool. For access to the hotel pool, a day rate resort fee applies. You may purchase discounted rates in Klook. 4. Dining and Amenities: Island Cafe: Canyon Cove’s main restaurant serves American, Filipino, and Asian cuisines with indoor and al fresco seating, allowing you to enjoy a tropical dining experience. Spa: Relax and unwind with spa services offered within the resort premises. Barbershop: A convenient barbershop is available for grooming needs during your stay. Activities: Additional hotel activities are available for purchase at the hotel lobby, including water sports like jet skiing, island hopping, inflatable pool and scuba diving (subject to weather conditions). 5. Island Hopping: Wawa Port is just a 2-minute drive away for island-hopping tours. Other things to note By checking in, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all the instructions and regulations outlined below. Check-in: 2 PM Check-out: 12 NN Early Check-in: If you wish to check in before 2 PM, an early check-in fee of PHP 1,000.00 per hour will be charged. However, feel free to enjoy the resort and beach while you wait for your room to be prepared at no additional cost! Late Check-out: For check-out after 12 NN, an extension fee of PHP 1,000.00 per hour will be applied. Pet Policy: Pet Fee of Php 1,500 per stay, maximum of three small to medium breeds. Note: Please be responsible for your pets to ensure a safe and clean environment for everyone as any accidents (like poop or pee) can contaminate the sand and pose risks especially to children. No Smoking & Vaping Policy: A strict no smoking and vaping policy is in place. Guests found in violation will incur a fee of PHP 5,000.00 to cover cleaning and restoration costs, as smoke residue can be challenging to remove and may damage furnishings. Toiletries: Kindly bring your own toiletries, including towels, shampoo, soap, toothpaste, and toothbrush for hygiene purposes.
