The space Our 1BR lakeside unit in our fourplex offers a comfortable 700 sq. ft. layout, perfect for your getaway. Enjoy a full kitchen equipped with a coffee maker, ideal for preparing meals during your stay. We provide sheets, comforters, and towels for your convenience. The private patio is perfect for relaxing and taking in the lake views. With docks available for your boat, you can fully immerse in the Gull Lake experience. Make our inviting space your home away from home! The unit has one queen bed, one sofa, and guests are welcome to bring a blow-up mattress. Guest access Upon booking, guests will receive instructions for where to find the key, or the keypad code for the door. Enter the building from the lakeside and find your unit on the left. Garage access is granted via a keypad for the third stall from the left; the code will be provided after booking. The laundry room can be accessed on the lower level, using the exterior street-side door, or the door in your unit. Guests have access to the dock and a designated spot to tie up their boat once the ice clears and the docks are installed for the season. Enjoy seamless access to your lakeside retreat and all the amenities it offers! Other things to note We understand our guests have varying interests and reasons for staying at our fourplex. Please be respectful and considerate of other guests. Pets must be on leashes and included in your total number of guests.
