Access to the river, private pool, barbecue, kayaks for river kayaking (dry season), pets welcome, kayak descent experiences along the river, Isla de Enmedio, etc. The space A perfect vacation space just needs a well-stocked pantry, barbecue, terraces, private pool, gardens with comfortable hammocks, and an outdoor smoking area. COWORKING SPACE. All you have to do is go to the supermarket for groceries and enjoy yourself. Boca del Río is 15 minutes away, and the beach is 20 minutes away. In the dry season, try a different adventure by kayaking on the river, even try to get your pet to sail with you. We have 4 bedrooms with independent bathroom each, a spacious dining room, breakfast terraces with meat grill gardens with hammocks pool of 3 x 6 meters 1.40 deep exclusive of house guests,crystal clear all year round. The house is fenced in addition to being within a private subdivision with two cold water pools and a dining palapa. A rural house where you can enjoy different experiences from the city. In the event of a power outage, the house has some rechargeable lamps that will allow you to see what you need to see. The host and co-host will be available to assist you until you are settled in. The whole house is one of the guests we just have to respect the house rules: In the garden area, only plastic items. Pets are not allowed in the pool. Toys smaller than 20 x 20 cm are not allowed in the pool. Medium and large pets are not allowed in the house. If you use the barbecue, please leave it clean. The indoor furniture is not to be taken out into the garden. We do not recommend that children stay on the upper floor; this is at the guest's own risk. The use of the kayaks is at the guest's own risk; wear life jackets (the yellow ones are professional and difficult to control). Please clean up any pet stools. Other things to note Our main concern is that you spend a few pleasant days doing what you like and enjoying the traditional typical Veracruz food. We are within the tranquility of nature and just 15 minutes from the hustle and bustle of the Veracruz Boca del Rio area. We would like to emphasize that this is a rural property, with all the advantages and disadvantages that come with it.
