Situated in the historical centre of Serrone, the house can be reached on foot from one of the many small alleys about 200 metres from the free car park, in a quiet and peaceful setting. The location is perfect as a starting point for wonderful walks on Monte Scalambra or for activities ranging from trekking to paragliding, from downhill skiing to dog-trekking. From the balcony you can appreciate a splendid view of the valley with paragliders descending! The space The house is equipped with all the conveniences you will need: - A well-equipped kitchenette with induction hob, oven, fridge and freezer; - Cozy living room with sofa bed and bright French doors with access to the small balcony. For entertainment you'll find a TV (with Prime Video) and board games; - Bedroom with French bed and wardrobe; - Bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower; - For heating a portable oil heater, fireplace and wood stove. -Hot/cold air conditioning, fireplace and wood-burning stove*. *Wood is supplied on request and is NOT included in the rental price. In the village there are several bars and restaurants where you can enjoy excellent aperitifs, eat local gastronomic specialities and drink excellent wines! It is also advisable to take some time to visit the wonderful neighbouring villages, including Piglio, Fiuggi, Altipiani di Arcinazzo, Subiaco, etc., all reachable in less than 30 minutes by car.
