Babies under the age of two are not included in this count. 2. STRICT NO PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERING POLICY We enforce a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its residents. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $1,000 and evicted from the property immediately. Any and all noise must be kept to a minimum each night beginning at 11:00 PM. 3. QUIET HOURS are from 11PM-7AM. No gatherings or loud noises outside of the home at any time. Any event that triggers a noise complaint beyond an acceptable level, will be subject to one warning and if repeated violation occurs a second time a $300 fee will apply, and the reservation will be immediately terminated without a refund. 4. CAMERA DEVICES: Tampering Or breaking the outside CAMERA in any way, including disabling, covering or blocking will result in a $350 maintenance repair fee/violation and immediate eviction from the property without a refund. 5. ZERO Tolerance Policy For: smoking/vaping inside of the home. If evidence of smoking/vaping is found after checkout, an additional $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged. 6. DO NOT leave the front door unlocked or open at any time. 7. EARLY OR LATE CHECKOUTS: On occasions we may be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out for a fee and by request only. There is an $100 unauthorized late checkout fee applied for checkouts later than 11:00AM, cleaning and sanitation crew already have set appointment times to clean and unauthorized late checkouts may impact the following booking.
