“Casa Panoramica” is a truly unique and vintage apartment that will transport you back in time. As you enter, you'll be surrounded by antique furniture, old printings, paintings, and a collection of fascinating artifacts. This apartment is a true museum-like experience, perfect for art and history enthusiasts. What is more, the terrace offers magnificent views of Lake Como. The space The apartment can accommodate 4 guests. The master bedroom is elegantly decorated and features a double bed. In addition, there is a separate bedroom (suitable for a child) and a sofa bed. The highlight of the apartment is the living area. Incredibly spacious and well-rounded, it features paintings, printings, carpets, plates, and various decorations that contribute to its unique ambiance. A golden chandelier adds an elegant touch. The living room opens up to a terrace that offers views of the lake, mountains, and the Faro Voltiano lighthouse. You can watch the funicular going up to Brunate and the ferries traversing the lake. Additionally, there is a second terrace, allowing you to enjoy the picturesque surroundings from different vantage points. The kitchen provides a fair mix of antique and ethnic elements, creating an atmosphere that blends the old world with the exotic. Nevertheless, it is equipped with modern amenities such as an oven, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, and kettle. There are two bathrooms with shower. For our guests' convenience, a separate laundry room is available. Guest access Although not particularly busy, the last stretch of road leading to the property is somewhat steep and has a few bends. We therefore recommend driving with caution, paying attention to any oncoming vehicles - the same applies for the times you will be driving downhill. The apartment is on a high ground floor with some steps to take. A private parking garage is available for one car. Other things to note In this property, pets are allowed upon request and at an additional cost to ensure allergy-free cleaning. Baby beds are available at an extra cost.
