ADDITIONAL DETAILS • This home has Starlink Wi-Fi and ensures seamless streaming and a reliable work-from-home connection. • This home is single-story and located on floor 1. • Digital lock entry – A unique code will be provided before your stay. • Security cameras are installed at the front entry and backyard for safety. Tampering with cameras or the pool heater is grounds for immediate eviction without refund. • Must be 25+ to book. • Sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. • Complete the security deposit authorization 2 days prior to arrival. POOL HEATING: Pool is heated to 78 degrees May - Mid October complimentary and warmer water temps will require an additional fees. Please inquire at least 48 hours in advance if you'd like to arrange heating for your stay. The typical cost is $400 for a two- to three-night visit, and heating must be scheduled for the entire duration of your stay.
