This unique & tranquil studio is situated amongst the palm trees with a spectacular view of Hull Bay that’s a short 10 minute walk & 15 minute drive to Magen’s Bay! Features a queen bed, kitchenette, AC & full bathroom located off the outdoor deck. Deck features outdoor couches & dining area. Parking is located at the bottom of the road. Please be advised, the road is somewhat steep, but it's just a short walk up the hill to the private gated entry. Private staircase leads to front entryway. The space 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom located off deck 1 Kitchette with 2 burner electric cook top, toaster oven, microwave, and coffee pot. A/C in the bedroom. Guest access Private access Other things to note Please be advised of the following: (1) The power grid does go out sporadically. The unit does not have a generator. (2) Guests must park at bottom of Papaya Hill and walk up to gate for entrance. (3) The property is treated and evaluated for any and all critters every four weeks. However, due to the tropical climate and the location being in close proximity to the beach, critters are inevitable. There is only so much a homeowner can do. A dead bug is a good bug. (4) The “beach essentials” provided to guests are two beach towels per person, two coolers, and four beach chairs. Snorkel gear, beach umbrella, and beach blanket are NOT included. (5) PLEASE NOTE, the property is currently for sale. If showings are requested during your stay, you will be notified at least 24 hours beforehand.
