You will love this adorable two bedroom cottage! Located by Creekmore Park, it is in a perfect location for quick and easy access to: • Downtown / Convention Center • Baptist Health Hospital • UAFS • U.S. Marshals Museum • Tons of shopping, dining etc. on Rogers Avenue You’ll love sipping your coffee (from our coffee bar) on the back patio as you enjoy eating dinner hot off our BBQ grill or cooked in our stocked kitchen. Enjoy toys for the kids and supportive mattresses to sleep all night! The space This adorable cottage has two bedrooms - one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. Each room has closet space, fan, extra blanket, and luggage rack. The king bedroom also has a Roku TV. The bathroom is a tub/shower combo with a moveable head. The kitchen is stocked with all the pots/pans and gadgets you may need! In the garage you’ll find our washer and dryer, as well as charcoal for the BBQ grill out on the back deck. The living room has some toys/games for the kids as well as a basket for anything you may have forgotten. Cleaning supplies are in the closet in the living room as well as a yoga mat and ironing board/iron! **Please note there is a HVAC return grate in the living room. We (and my child) have walked on it millions of times with no issues. But it may impact those with mobility issues! (As well as slight bump when flooring changes to tile in kitchen/bathroom and 3 steps to front door) Guest access Full access to house, garage and fenced backyard!
