Relax in this calm, cosy space. Just ten minutes from the commercial centre the base. 8-9 minutes drive from Chartwell shopping centre, surrounded by countdown supermarkets and Value supermarkets. New building with cosy decor. Double glazing makes for a quiet space. Air conditioning, washing machine, fridge, microwave and hairdryer. One bedroom. One queen size bed, one sofa bed is double size. quality bedding. Car parking is right at the door. The space Our cottage was built in 2020 and is very warm and cosy. We converted one of the bedrooms into a living room, which allows more space for guests to move around. You are located on the side of the main residence of the owner. Beds & Sleeping Arrangements - The queen-sized bed in the main bedroom is very comfortable with additional bedding available if needed. There is also a double fold-out sofa bed in the living area to accommodate up to two additional guests. Please note, as per most fold-out sofa beds, this is not large and is better suited to 1 adult/teen or 1-2 children (although 2 adults would fit if they don't mind a more snug 'double-sized' sleeping arrangement). The mattress topper is in the wardrobe, and the pillows and quilts are in the sofa cupboard on the right. however, unless requested, is left for the guest to make up as it is in the main living part of the apartment. The kitchen has everything you need to cook dinner, make breakfast and enjoy a glass of wine. Fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, 3-in-1 Air Fryer Oven and coffee. Our car park is right on the doorstep. Each of the two bedrooms has a wardrobe to hang things in. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, basin and toilet. Guest access There is a lockbox for self-check-in, this is located at the front door. Janice will send you details for access before arrival. Other things to note The sofa bed becomes a double-size bed by simply pulling out the middle section. The mattress top is placed in the closet in the living room, and the quilt and pillows are in the cabinet to the right of the sofa bed. Maybe when you check in. My dog Sherry who is very hospitable, might stand by the fence and bark at you. I hope you don't mind, it's a small dog trait!
