Room in a nice, fully-equipped apartment, with a separate bathroom and exclusive use for the room's guests. ATTENTION: It is shared with Monica, a French teacher, and her daughter Caro, a sociologist. Free use of common areas. 24-hour security. Close to various areas of interest such as Roma, Condesa, Coyoacán and the Center. Located three blocks from the Portales metro station (blue line) that takes you directly to Mexico City's Zócalo in 16 minutes. The space I can assure you that during your stay you will be very comfortable, safe and close to many places. Guest access -> We have a FLEXIBLE ACCESS POLICY for check-in and check-out. To pick up the keys, you must coordinate with Monica or with the security service. WE DO NOT HAVE PARKING AVAILABLE inside the building. -> You can freely use all the apartment's common areas: the living room, kitchen, and dining room. The TV, Blu-ray, and Alexa are available for guests. -> You are welcome to use all the kitchen utensils. We would greatly appreciate it if you wash them and put them back in the place where you found them. We have an induction oven and a microwave oven. -> You can drink all the coffee and tea you like, use the instant coffee or if you prefer, the coffee maker or the French press. -> In the room you can use the closet and speakers. There is also an iron. ->Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. ->Please keep noise down from 10 pm to 6 am. -> We appreciate that every time you leave the apartment you check that it is properly closed and that you have not forgotten anything. -> We have a washer-dryer. Using it has an additional cost of $100.00 MXN per load. We recommend planning its use because the entire washing and drying process takes approximately 5 hours. -> If you're staying for long periods, you may see Mrs. Araceli, who will do a deep cleaning of the apartment every 15 days (including your room). If you don't want her to enter your room, you can tell us (Don't worry, we'll let you know in advance the day and time so you can give us your opinion on the matter). ->Due to condominium policies, no pets are allowed. -> No social gatherings in the apartment or bringing in people other than those listed on the reservation. Important: We do not offer parking. Feel at home, keep it safe and clean :) During your stay You can contact me by cell phone if necessary. I can answer all your questions about the apartment and the area. I live 5 minutes from the building. Monica and Caro, both of legal age, live in the apartment. They respect your independence and are available if you need information or help. They can also help you organize your outings and walks. They could also accompany you to see the city or places of interest, in English and French. Other things to note We don't have pets, they're not allowed by building regulations.
