This is a duplex apartment in our two family home in the historical town of Catskill, NY. We have been lovingly restoring this quaint home to blend modern and minimal with the traditional original details. The location is 10 minutes from Hudson, plenty of hiking, lots of wineries, close to both Hunter and Wyndham, and many local restaurants. The space This apartment is on the second and third floors of the house with a private entrance. The second floor has a minimalistic, open loft floor plan with the living, dining and kitchen areas with a lot of natural light and windows. You will find an energy efficient electrical stove top, 40 bottle wine cooler, coffee machine, toaster oven and a large double door fridge. On the third floor, there are 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds. Bedroom 1 has a TV with a selection of DVDs. Bedroom 2 has a flat screen with ROKU. When walking up to the third floor to reach the bedrooms, there is an open lounge area with a couch and a mini fridge. Also plenty of space to set up a play area or office. Guest access To access the Duplex, there is a private entrance with stairs to reach the second and third floors.
