Welcome to La Coumette gîte! Ideal for a vacation in the countryside or a business trip, our cottage can accommodate up to 6 people and is quite suitable for families. The space Our cottage is located on the ground floor of our new house. It is composed of: - 2 bedrooms equipped with mosquito nets and electric shutters: one with a double bed in 160 x 200 and the other is modular with 2 beds in 80 x 200 that can be combined into 1 bed of 160 (see photos) and 2 bunk beds in 90 x 200, - a fully equipped kitchen, - a dining room and a living room, - a bathroom with shower, washing machine and electric towel dryer, - a separate toilet, - outside, you can enjoy the private terrace and garden equipped with an outdoor table and chairs, garden armchairs and a barbecue, - a pool shared with the owners. Others: - free Wi-Fi access, - air conditioning, - maintenance kit provided: 1 garbage bag, 1 sponge, dishwashing liquid, 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, dishwasher tablets, 1 hand towel, 1 bath mat, - baby cot and high chair on request (free). Guest access It is conveniently located: - 4 km from all shops (bakeries, supermarket, pharmacies, doctors, etc.), - 8 km from Foix (medieval castle, restaurants, craft markets), - 10 km from Pamiers (bell towers, shops, restaurants), - 45 minutes from Toulouse, - ~1 hour from ski resorts and Andorra. - easy access to all Ariège tourist sites and the Pyrenees mountain range (hiking trails, greenway, caves, etc.) Other things to note Sheets are provided as well as bath mat, dish towel and hand towel. Towels are not provided but can be provided on request for a fee of €5 per person and to be paid in cash upon arrival. Before you go: - Either you will have to do the cleaning: remove the sheets, clean the fridge, microwave, stove, empty the dishwasher and garbage cans, clean the shower, toilets, vacuum. - Or the cleaning can be done by us at your departure for an extra charge of €45.
