Guesthouse in Tehachapi

We are located in Stallion Springs about 14 miles from the town of Tehachapi ( local grocery stores are in town). We have a cozy guest apartment, located above the garage and detached from the main house. The apt will sleep 4 (2 on the fold out sofa-we also have a feather bed that can be added- and 2 on the double air mattress). We provide coffee/tea, and laundry services for guests as needed. Please note-we air the space out between 24-48 hours between guests and provide contactless entry. The space This cozy apartment is located above our garage. The studio is up a flight of stairs. As you park in front of the garage, the apt is on your right. The views from the balcony are spectacular. There are chairs and a table there for your morning coffee or just sit and enjoy the view! We have upgraded our sofa bed that has upgraded to a Tempur-Response Memory form Mattress as well as a new area rug. We also have an EV Charger for an additional charge, we have included pictures of the charger. The cost is 1-12 hours is additional $5.00 per this time segment. Charges for this service will be billed separately via Airbnb. Guest access Guests are welcome to sit outside and enjoy the view, depending on the weather. During warmer weather guests are welcome to sit in the back yard under the umbrellas and enjoy the quiet! Other things to note If you are planning on cooking, you may want to stop in town and pick up all your food supplies. We have a cooktop, microwave, blender and toaster oven (can accommodate a 12 inch pizza) as well as cookware, silverware and dishes for your use.
