Room in a charming 2 bedroom coliving. Each bedroom locks. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. The washing machine is available for stays of one week minimum. The apartment is very well located in the center of all amenities. The building is between two inner courtyards. Hence the unexpected calm even in the city center. There is a building under renovation a few blocks away, sometimes they can make noise from 9am to 5pm. The space This room is in an apartment in an inner courtyard so absolutely quiet in terms of urban traffic. The room is very bright. Guest access The kitchen and bathroom are shared with other guests in the other room of the apartment. During your stay I can be reached by phone, or email throughout your stay. As I am in the same building, I can be responsive if needed for any questions. Other things to note I'm your host, I live in the same building just downstairs, not in the same apartment.
