The space This recently refurbished apartment, with modern decor, is located in a central area of ​​Vilamoura, a short distance from the Marina and Praia da Falésia. It has capacity for 4 people, has air conditioning and is housed in a building with a swimming pool. The accommodation offers a bedroom with a double bed, a cozy living room with a sofa bed and a dining area, a bathroom, an equipped kitchen and a small balcony. It has air conditioning both in the bedroom and in the living room. It has free wi-fi throughout the apartment and television with several channels. Guests have several free outdoor public parking spaces in front of the building. Praia da Falésia is a 15-minute walk away and there is an Intermarché supermarket a 5-minute walk away. The bus stop is also a short walk from the apartment. There is the possibility of placing a cot in the accommodation, upon prior request and subject to availability. It has an extra cost of €5 (per night). Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property during their stay. Check-in can be done: - In person at the property, or - Via key safe (self check-in). Details will be arranged with guests prior to arrival. Check-in is between 4pm and 7pm. Check-out: Must be completed by 10:00 a.m. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Other things to note Security Deposit The security deposit must be paid online or by card by the day of check-in. Amount: €200 (for stays up to 28 nights) For groups or young people, double the amount may be requested. The deposit will be refunded after the property has been checked at the end of the stay. Cleaning The cleaning fee included in the booking only covers check-in and check-out cleaning. During their stay, guests may request: - Additional cleaning - Extra change of bed linen - Additional towels These services are subject to an additional charge, are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
