This is a ground floor condo in a secure, gated & private complex. It has ocean view and it's just across from the pool. There is also a jacuzzi and a bridge connects you to the beach and all beachfront restaurants. There is a tennis court too. This condo has a larger living area than other similar units in the complex. It has a hot tub with jets in the bathroom and it's right across from the swimming pool. You can eat from very local to very fine dining in the area. There's a small supermarket where you can find all kinds of goods as well as groceries as well as a great wine and liquor selection. You can find several small shops with amazing jewelry, clothing and all kinds of local and imported items and a couple of places that practice the fair trade. There's a great yoga and pilates studio at a walking distance from the condo. We hope there's no need to use it but we have a Premium Hospital at a few minutes drive. Two blocks from the Bus station that take you to Puerto Vallarta. There's also a taxi station nearby and you have one parking space within the complex. At a walking distance to the El Anclote surf spot and at a very short driving distance to other surf spots such as La Lancha and Burros. You can also take a boat ride to a couple of other surfing spots like Bahía and El Faro. Punta de Mita is a place where you can practice several ocean activities like spear fishing, fishing, snorkeling, paddle boarding, etc. From November to March you can do Whale Watching which is an amazing experience totally worth doing.
