Downtown designer's studio flat with a view

A bit of Paris in Budapest. This is what I feel about my studio. It is located near the city centre, at the top floor of an art deco building, with a view on rooftops. As an artist, I wanted to create an interior with pleasant color harmonies. In spite of it’s size, the flat feels quite spacious. Budapest’s main entertaining area is 15-30 minutes away. You can go by foot or by the nearby main tramline. This cosy place is perfect to relax after a busy day full of sightseeing and adventure. The space This studioflat is located near the city centre, 3 minutes from Budapes't main tramline No 4,6. It is close to the main entertaining areas, too, even within walking distance from the nearest one. It is also close to the Danube and Petőfi bridge. The neighbourhood is full of restaurants and shops. Guest access Guests can use the entire apartment. Other things to note Besides being a jewellery designer and stylist, I am also a trained tour guide. Upon request I am pleased to make a private walking sightseeing tour for you around the city centre in English. This takes 3 hours and costs 100 euro (including tram tickets). With my colleague and partner, who is also a trained tour guide in German, Dutch and English (he had also been the interpreter of some Hungarian prime ministers, presidents and once even the Dutch queen), we can arrange you a private sightseeing tour by car on Saturday or Sunday. The length of this tour is 3-4 hours, and costs 150 euro (including petrol, and entrance fees). If you are interested in these private programmes, please contanct me in advance when booking the flat.
