The home features four beautifully designed bedrooms and two modern bathrooms ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay for all guests. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to whip up a delicious meal. If you prefer to cook outdoors, the BBQ is available for your use. The property boasts a double garage, offering secure parking for your vehicles, giving you peace of mind during your stay. The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited. Guest access This home sleeps 8 guests across 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 : 1x Queen bed (Sleeps 2) Bedroom 2 : 1x Queen bed (Sleeps 2) Bedroom 3: 1x Queen bed (Sleeps 2) Bedroom 4: 1x Double bed (Sleeps 2) A travel cot for children is available, please BYO linen for this. What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. Guests have the choice of: BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted, sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath and tea towels along with hand towels and refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations. Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire full linen set for $30 per bed which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price. Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set). Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom which includes a bathmat and hand towel. Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40. If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing. For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours' notice as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised. We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.
