The apartment is discounted because the TV is not working 🫣. It has two bedrooms with a double bed and air conditioning, in the master bedroom there is an additional double mattress. It also has a well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, gas grill and all the necessary utensils, a full bathroom with hot water, a dining room for 6 and a TV with platforms. 5 minutes from Icacos Beach, Cici and the Convention Center. The space In the dining room there is a ceiling fan and pedestal fan, the windows of the entire apartment have mosquito nets. The bathroom has an electric shower for warm and hot water. We offer towels but no personal cleaning products. Guest access You can use the front patio and parking for one vehicle. The backyard is private and access is forbidden. Other things to note WE HOPE YOU ENJOY YOUR STAY TO THE FULLEST!! I am available for whatever you need, please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions. During your visit, we ask you to: 1. Turn off air conditioners, fans, and lights once you leave the room. 2. Check-out is at 12 noon at the latest. 3. Please wash dirty dishes and take out the trash to the bin under the stairs at the end of your stay. 4. Pets are welcome in the apartment, however they are not allowed on the beds. 5. Close the locks securely at night. • Please do not leave food open, as it attracts ants and cockroaches. Note* If food is left lying around, in the refrigerator or dirty dishes, a cleaning penalty of $200 MXN will be charged.
