We provide bed and bath linens, an iron, hairdryer, hangers, an equipped kitchen, smart TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning... and 2 chairs for the beach. The space Note: For more than 2 guests, we provide an extra double mattress to put on the floor. The building is quiet, safe and familiar, has an elevator and service gate to facilitate access when returning from the beach, as well as a shower to clean the sand from your feet. 🆘 Parking is on the street in front of the building, R$5.00 🆘 Guest access You can use the main entrance and the service entrance, but if there are more than 2 guests, you need to be careful with noise, as there can't be too many people moving around the building.
