Sea Haven is the perfect hideaway to escape to for exploring all that North Norfolk has to offer, at any time of year. Set over three floors, with two spacious bedrooms on the upper floors, the cottage is a super retreat for a couple or two looking for a convenient coastal base where all you could possibly need for a fabulous holiday is right on the doorstep. On the ground floor, you will find a cosy sitting room, with a dining area set beside the front window overlooking the pretty square. A small galley kitchen at the back of the cottage leads off the living area and, across the rear hallway, in true character cottage style, the bathroom is on this level too. Up the stairs on the first floor, the master bedroom has a super-king bed, which can also be offered as twin beds if you wish, and then up on the top floor a king-size bedroom with a Smart television enjoys a distant view over neighbouring roof tops to the sea. Outside, at the back of the cottage is a small, enclosed sunny courtyard garden. Take a pew with your coffee from the Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, enjoy the salty sea air, and watch the world go by. When the mood takes you, wander along to the bustling Quay, and watch the fishing boats come in at high tide to unload their catch, or try your hand at crabbing. At low tide, all manner of wading birds will come in search of food in the shallow waters. From the Quay you can walk along the raised sea defence to the beach and wonder at the beauty of this stunning wide open coastal stretch framed by pine woods and candy coloured beach huts. Additional Information: Two well behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge). Pillows and duvets are synthetic fibre. Please bring your own (small) pods for the Nespresso coffee machine. Travel cot, stair gate, and high chair available on request. Please bring your own linen for the travel cot. Guest access Ground Floor: Entrance hall With space to hang coats, and leave boots. Sitting/dining room With comfortable seating, widescreen Smart television, Bluetooth sound bar and selection of books and games. Dining table with seating for four guests. Kitchen With electric oven, gas hob, fridge with ice box, microwave, washer/dryer and coffee machine (takes Nespresso small pods). Bathroom With bath with overhead shower, wash basin and WC. Rear hallway with door to courtyard. First Floor: Master bedroom With 6' super-king zip and link, which can be made into twin beds, if required (please request at point of booking). Second Floor: Bedroom two With 5' king-size bed. Outside: There is an allocated parking bay directly in front of the cottage. Please use this parking space only. Additional parking (roadside) can be found on Freeman Street for £68.04 for the week. At the front of the cottage is a small paved area, with bench seating built into a retaining wall. At the back of the cottage is an enclosed paved courtyard, with a bench, bistro table and charcoal barbecue.
