Broombush Cottage

Broombush is a small cottage for your exclusive use, with two double bedrooms, lounge with television, tea and coffee making facilities, a small fridge for fresh milk and a shared shower room on the second floor for your guests only. There is no kitchen facility. A wood-fired hot tub is available for your private use, if required. A 3-course full breakfast is available from 7am to 10 am and is charged at £14.00 per person and can be booked before arrival. Payment will be taken at the premieres. The space The cottage consists of a bedroom and a lounge on the ground floor and a second bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. If you wish to add the foldaway bed to the lounge to make a total of 5 guests staying, please advise in advance of arrival, The cost of £30.00 will be payable on arrival to the host. We can also offer a travel cot, charged at £20,. Guest access Guests have full access to the cottage, garden and use of the hot tub if required. A full 3-course breakfast is available to be booked in advance of arrival and is charged at £14 per person, payable locally with the host. We serve between 7 am and 10 am, and your preferred time will be requested if booked. Breakfast is served in the host's in a separate dining room, but can be accessed from your accommodation During your stay We live on-site and will be available by phone contact at any time and are usually available on-site until around 18:00hrs, we do however, respect your privacy and will remain as unobtrusive as possible during your stay. Other things to note We will service the cottage daily if you are staying a number of days unless you ask us not to.
