On the ground floor: entrance opens onto the kitchen equipped with dining area and pantry, living room with access to the upper floor, toilet and 1 bedroom for three people with a 160 x 200 bed and a 90 x 190 bed, private shower room and toilet. Upstairs: landing, 1 attic bedroom with 160 x 190 bed (or 2 80 x 190 beds), 1 attic bedroom for 2 people with 160 x 200 bed + 1 child with 80 x 180 bed, a bathroom with toilet. Baby equipment: crib, bathtub and high chair. Internet access via 4G Box. Outside: enclosed private outdoor patio of 84 m² with garden and terrace of 25 m², garden furniture and BBQ. Parking on site. CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RATE A cleaning deposit of 100 euros will be required upon arrival and refunded at the end of your stay if the cottage is returned in the same condition as specified in the entry inventory carried out with you. You can also opt for the 100 euro cleaning package if you prefer. A package of 10 kW per day is included in the rate. All excess consumption will be charged upon departure according to the pricing of the day (Edf TEMPO) using the daily consumption application.
