Our new construction cozy Bungalow with all new furnishings and a cute backyard with a two hole putting green, pergola and fire pit is the perfect place to hang out and relax while in the Hubcity. The space Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed with a 65" smart TV and a private ensuite with a shower/tub combo. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed with a 55” smart TV, the living room has a queen size pull out sofa sleeper and a 65” smart Tv. The second bathroom has a shower tub/combo. The backyard has a two hole putting green, corn hole boards, pergola and a patio set with a propane fire pit. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave and refridgerator. Guest access private access to the whole property Other things to note We are pet friendly for up to two dogs with an additional pet fee of $150 for the first dog and and $75 for the second dog. Please be aware that the property is equipped with a ring doorbell camera that will be on at all times and only record outside the front door.
