Spacious room and private bathroom in modern townhouse in leafy and quiet bayside suburb. Self contained 'motel style' room with king bed located on the upper level, is air conditioned and has great wifi. A great base for activities in Brisbane and the Gold Coast or just a place to chill on the coast and explore the islands. Walk 5 mins to beach, 1 min to supermarket, cafes, bakery, take aways and public transport. Free parking on street. Friendly possums and native birds are complimentary. The space You'll have your own fridge, microwave, desk, wireless charging, smart TV with Chromecast, BIR, ironing stuff, coffee machine and tea making facilities. The combined toilet and bathroom is adjacent and all yours. As well as fresh linen and towels, I provide a range of coffee and tea, milk (dairy and non-dairy) and filtered water and ice in your room. Hand and body wash, shampoo, conditioner and magnesium chloride bath salts (the best stuff) are in your bathroom. Happy to organise any special requests including transport where possible - please just ask. Guest access I am the only other person living here. At minimum you'll be sharing a main entrance (although I tend to use the garage to come and go mostly) and a staircase with me, but you're welcome to use the main kitchen, dining and laundry as well as the outdoor area and BBQ. During your stay I'm happy to have as much or as little contact during your stay as you'd like and that makes you comfortable.
