With a large spacious bedroom it is perfect for the young solo traveler or couple. ☘️ 🛋️ The apt has high ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, Fiber Optic WIFI (150mbps download speed & 80mbps upload speed), Roku TV with Netflix, Hulu, Disney and more. 📺 🧭 Our location is ideal for exploring Santurce's vibrant arts district scene with many restaurant and local coffee shops just a short distance away by foot. Condado Beach is just a 10 minute walk and you will feel centric and authentic without being surrounded by the cookie cutter boxed in touristic hotels. We are also just across the street from Walmart and Walgreens and only 12 minutes away from the airport. ✈️ 🥐 Foodies will love that Anthony Bourdain featured Santurce’s iconic Esquina Watusi, just a few blocks away, on Parts Unknown Puerto Rico. 🍽️ 🚿 Common areas include sitting areas to enjoy the patio. 🍃 Guest access 🏡 The entire apartment is yours to enjoy, as well as the shared patio and the welcoming feel of an authentic Puerto Rican family as hosts. 👋🏼 🎨 Step outside and explore Santurce—San Juan’s eclectic area full of vibrant restaurants, nightlife and cultural energy. 💃🏻 Other things to note 🧴 We offer a set of welcome amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and trashbags. When you run out of welcome amenities, extras must be purchased by guests. 🧻 ⚡ Electricity & Water... Puerto Rico occasionally experiences power or water interruptions due to local utilities. This is rare in San Juan, but if an outage happens we provide flashlights and battery powered fans. In case of water outages we do have water tanks. 💦 🏝️ As Beach Essentials we only provide Beach Towels 🧖🏻‍♀️ 🧂 As Kitchen Essentials we do not provide condiments. 🍴 🏙️ The apt is centrally located so it does feel like a city apartment with some street noise. 🚘 🏨 Here you won’t find cookie-cutter resorts or polished high-rises—Santurce offers the real Puerto Rico. Like any city, it has its bustle, but staying around active areas makes it easy to feel comfortable. Safety tips: trust your instincts, use street smarts, and rely on Uber for door-to-door rides if needed. For peace of mind, this building has security cameras at entrances and patio, plus a 24hr Walmart & Walgreens just across the street. ✅
