Waratah Glades

Kick back and relax in this light filled calm and relaxing apartment. Be greeted by stunning views of Wilsons Promontory and Waratah Bay as you arrive. From a stunning bathroom, modern kitchenette and comfortable beds, your host will ensure that you have a fantastic stay. Wildlife surrounding the property are kangaroos, echidnas, wombats and an abundance of bird life including lyrebird and our resident kookaburra. It's only a short drive or 10 minute walk down to the stunning Waratah Beach. The space The apartment upstairs is your accommodation for your stay. There is an open plan living and dining space with a small kitchenette that has most facilities to cook meals. There is no oven, but there is a convection microwave, double induction hot plate and an air fryer to cook with. There are two bedrooms in the apartment. The main bedroom that overlooks the Ocean has a Queen size bed. The second bedroom that looks out onto the garden and Nature reserve has 2 single beds, that can be joined together to make a King bed on request. The lounge room couch can also be turned into a Double sofa bed on request. Ducted heating and cooling is available for all year-round comfort, with ceiling fans in the bedrooms to keep you cool at night. The bathroom has a big bathtub, shower and double vanity, with a separate toilet and hand basin. All linen and towels are provided for guests. A BBQ Gazebo and Fire pit area is a new addition to our outdoor space for guests to enjoy. The BBQ now has an undercover area for you to cook on outdoors, with a dining table and seats to enjoy all year round. A storage container of outdoor games and sporting equipment are stored here for guests to use as well. On cold winter nights sit back and relax around the open fire, cooking marshmallows or just enjoying the night sky and sounds of the bush and ocean close by. This is an option for non-fire restriction periods only due to close proximity of the national park. EV CHARGING Charging points are available in Sandy Point, Fish Creek, Yanakie and Foster. EV charging is NOT available at Waratah Glades, due to the position of outdoor power points. If you choose to charge your EV onsite there will be a $50 charging fee per charge. Guest access Guests have access to all the property except the downstairs living space, as the owner lives on the property. You have your own private access to the guest foyer where you will find the staircase to your upstairs apartment. Other things to note Guests must be able to climb stairs to access their accommodation, and host lives downstairs onsite. Winter Warmers - Over the winter months June, July and August book our winter special 4 nights for the price of 3 with a special little touch for your stay. Birthdays and Special Occasions - When booking let us know if it is for a special occasion and we will make your loved one feel extra special for their stay at Waratah Glades.
