Close to Playa del Carmen. 10 min walk to beach! Our second floor condo is located in a two-story building of four condos in Puerto Aventuras on a quiet residential street. The view is canal front and overlooks our pool and a marina area. Have your breakfast on the balcony while watching the boats go by. Your bedroom is cozy, has a double bed with high quality sheets and is equipped with wifi and satellite tv. Your private bathroom has a large walk-in shower and a beautiful handmade wooden vanity. Lush towels are there for your use. We also have a rooftop terrace available for sunning. You will have full access to the swimming pool and the use of a kayak. The living area is comfortably furnished with bright colored fabrics and lovely wooden furniture. Guests will have access to one bedroom and a private bathroom which is for their use only. The kitchen will not be available for cooking, but we will prepare your breakfast. the washer and dryer is yours to use .There is a great sun roof available as well I am a chef, have my own catering company and my hours are flexible. I am home at different times of the day and evenings. I am available if you have any questions about the area and I'm happy to recommend off the beaten path adventures. Our town is a a safe, gated and active international community made of families, retirees and tourists. The town is centered around a working marina and also has dolphins, restaurants, shopping, spas and gyms. Our condo is located on a quiet canal front residential street. It is an easy 12 minute walk to the front gate and the same to our town's beach. We have lovely coves and a spectacular inlet, perfect for swimming and snorkeling. A fresh produce market sets up in our town center on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Once outside our main gate, Playa del Carmen is 15 minutes to the north and the trendy town of Tulum is 25 minutes to the south. In between are beautiful bays, beaches and cenotes for day tripping. The ruins of Tulum and Coba can be visited in a day easily as can the parks of Xcaret and Xelha. Cancun is a drive one hour to the north. Low cost public transportation is available just outside the main gate of Puerto Aventuras. Taxis are also available. You can move about town easily on foot within Puerto Aventuras or you may rent a bike as well. Safe street parking is available just in front of our condo if you have a rental car.
