Close to Playa del Carmen. 10 min walk to beach! The space Our second floor condo is located in a two-story building of four condos in Puerto Aventuras on a quiet residential street. The view is canal front and overlooks our pool and a marina area. Have your breakfast on the balcony while watching the boats go by. Your bedroom is cozy, has a double bed with high quality sheets and is equipped with wifi and satellite tv. Your private bathroom has a large walk-in shower and a beautiful handmade wooden vanity. Lush towels are there for your use. We also have a rooftop terrace available for sunning. You will have full access to the swimming pool and the use of a kayak. The living area is comfortably furnished with bright colored fabrics and lovely wooden furniture. Guest access Guests will have access to one bedroom and a private bathroom which is for their use only. The kitchen will not be available for cooking, but we will prepare your breakfast. the washer and dryer is yours to use .There is a great sun roof available as well During your stay I am a chef, have my own catering company and my hours are flexible. I am home at different times of the day and evenings. I am available if you have any questions about the area and I'm happy to recommend off the beaten path adventures.
