Located on the first floor of a historic building, on a quiet but central street where the beaches and the port are only a 3-minute walk away. The space The house is a two-room apartment of about 40 sqm and has been recently renovated and consists of a fully equipped cooking area, with electric oven, coffee machine, fridge freezer, and air conditioning. Finished bathroom with shower, washer/dryer and hairdryer. Large bedroom with king size bed and SMART TV, also equipped with a sofa bed ready to comfortably accommodate two people. Towels and bed linens are provided. The property is located in the center of Anzio, a short walk from the sea. About 500 meters away is a large free parking lot where you can leave your car and enjoy your vacation with peace of mind. The train station can be reached on foot in less than ten minutes. Other things to note Before checking in, guests are required to provide their ID details to register their stay at my property.
