The space The apartment has, independently of each other, two large living bedrooms with a desk and private access to the terrace. The rooms are south-facing and thus offer plenty of light and warmth. Shading/darkening is possible by roller blind on all the windows and patio doors. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer and mirror cabinet. All the rooms have large windows that are easy to open. The kitchen-living room with cozy sitting area is fully equipped with a stove and oven, its own washing machine, microwave, coffee machine and fridge with freezer. High chairs are available and free of charge. The house is beautifully located on the south slope, with lots of sun. It is heated with underfloor heating and a quiet heat recovery system ensures constant fresh air. Children and pets are welcome here.
