Fully renovated third floor condo in the building with the elevator, closest to the beach. Everything is new and modern, and you can't beat the prime location, where you can walk or bike to pools, beach, tennis, supermarket and shops. Very safe, friendly community. This unit is meticulously cared for and includes luxury furniture, linens and decor. New appliances. Condo offers full privacy and overlooking Carlin Park, with the walkway to the beach. The space Condo offers one bedroom and one and a half bathrooms. King bed in the master, queen size pullout sofa in the living room and twin rollaway bed. Additional features include a large balcony just off the living room. You have fully equipped kitchen with all items you need. All small appliances are provided including coffee maker, blender, toaster and hair dryer. Large TV in the living room and bedroom. Beach gear is provided including beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels. it's a self-check-in with a WiFi code lock. Guest access The condo is in a beautifully landscaped 30-acre Jupiter Bay Resort, East side. This is a true resort atmosphere. 7-acre lake with bridge and lighted walkway around the lake, 2 heated swimming pools with spa, poolside restaurant "Twisted Tuna" with outside Tiki bar, hard surface tennis courts, Bocce court and walkway to the beach and Carlin Park. Also, very close to Maltz Theater. Guests have full access to the whole resort. Other things to note Parking permit is required to park overnight and will be provided after completing the application. Parking permit application will be emailed to you for e-signature a few days prior to the arrival. Please note that pickup trucks, motorcycles, boats and trailers are not allowed on the property. Guests coming with this will need to park it off property. We don’t allow pets. However, please reach out to us if you have a small dog. We may charge $250 pet fee for the stay.
