King Ensuite at Heritage House

Past guests include corporate, hospital staff, patients, military, and teachers. Our home is comfortable, casual & relaxed. Owners live on lower level. Guests share the main floor living room, dining room, kitchen. Sasktel TV and Wifi are included. Full use of kitchen and BBQ. Simply bring your own food n beverage. Coffee/Tea, basic cooking spices are in the cupboard to share. Plenty of space to relax, indoors and out. The space Price listed is for ONE of our guest rooms only, although more than one can be booked at the same time if it is available, please check my other listings. We have a total of 3 guest rooms available. Please message for more information or if you would like to book a 2nd guest room. Hosts live on site, on lower level and are easily accessible by cell phone, or a knock on our door, whenever required. We occasionally use the main floor kitchen but always work around the needs of our guests. Enjoy a cool beverage on the large deck out back or a hot coffee out front. Lovely yard. Some on-site parking (with plug-in during winter) is available, please inquire. Plenty of on Street parking too. Walking distance to multiple restaurants, banking, the gym, and stores. Walking / biking paths nearby. This is a very large Registered Historic Home with wonderful character. Lots of privacy, or casual conversation - whatever is your preference! Guest access Guests have full access to the fully equipped home, yard and front/rear decks. The home is not ideal for children however they are most welcome with continual ADULT supervision. (ie the stairs and we do have some original wall paper dated back to early 1900's, which cannot be replaced if ripped or marked on. Pets are Negotiable ...and MUST be discussed in advance of arrival. During your stay We live on site, lower level, however we travel ..a lot! We are easily available when required, and have a good support team to help in the event of an unexpected emergency. You may encounter other guests, please inquire if sharing common space is a concern for you. We are always happy to talk and find solutions to ensure everyone is happy! Other things to note KING on-suite, has a bath tib, not a shower. Use of the 2nd floor shared bathroom is permitted, if you prefer to shower. Depending on the time of year, you may be our lone guest or have others staying with us. Please reach out to ask questions or to discuss your needs. It's a BIG house, ...and we want to make sure YOU feel happy, safe and enjoy your stay! Longer term stay guests enjoy heavily discounted rates, and in exchange are required to treat their rooms and common areas as though it was their home. Extra towels and sheets are supplied in each room, and access to the laundry room is included for guests staying more than 6 days.
