The main level features 2 bedrooms and one bathroom, fully equipped kitchen , stainless appliances, dining table for 8 to 10 people next to a large living room with fire place with beautiful lake view and access to porch equipped with large grill and patio furniture. The second living area is located downstairs, sofa , ping pong table , 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Also with direct access to a screened in porch with Hot tub . Lake view as well. The loft master bedroom and bathroom is very spacious located on the 2nd floor above living room . We also have a large fire pit and a private deck with lounge chairs and cover boat slip with kayaks . I believe that there would more than enough room for your family and friends . Guest access Liability Waiver: You understand that swimming, hot tub, use of fire pit, hiking and the use of kayaks is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming, hot tub, fire pit, hiking and using the kayaks. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, hiking, hot tub, fire pit, and use of the kayaks and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, hiking, hot tub, fire pit, and the use of kayaks may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, hiking, hot tub, fire pit, or using the kayaks if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, hikes or uses the kayaks while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner and host for accidents or claims arising from swimming, hiking, hot tub, fire pit, or using the kayaks. Other things to note FYI, from end of September to April, blue ridge drains the lake, the lake dropped about 15 feet. Makes boating and kayaking or fishing from the property difficult.
