At the beginning of June 2022, a magnificent pair of villas, Villa Hattara A & B, was completed in the cottage area of Himos Golf Resort, providing a setting for a group of 24 people to vacation. Hattara is located a short walk from Himos Center (about 1 km), but it is still in its own peace on the outskirts of a beautiful golf course. The villa has been selected with high-quality materials and natural colors, and thus it offers a comfortable and, above all, cozy setting for a wide range of groups to vacation! The space *Note: The booking calendar is off, so please ask for availability separately. Prices vary depending on the seasons and events in Himos. FACILITIES: Hattara is a 24-person villa made up of two semi-detached villas (Hattara A and B). On the partition wall of the A and B side, there is an open/lockable intermediate door, making it possible to convert one large villa on behalf of two double villas. Your group will therefore have access to two kitchens, two saunas, two outdoor hot tubs, etc. The downstairs of the villa has a hallway, kitchen, living room, bathroom, toilet, and sauna. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances and a comprehensive set of dishes, so you can easily prepare food for a larger group. The kitchen has a refrigerator-freezer, induction stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and microwave. There are two large dining groups in the two living rooms downstairs that can accommodate a total of 24 people. In addition, there are two casual sofa groups in the living rooms for a night out. On the top floor of the villa there are a total of 8 bedrooms and 2 toilets. Six bedrooms have 2x single beds and two bedrooms have 2x bunk beds. The sofa beds downstairs can spread out sleeping places for 4 more people. The villa is equipped with two outdoor hot tubs placed under a canopy for shelter. There are also two grills, two table groups, and seating on the deck. The yard of the villa has plenty of room for cars and two car heating poles. OTHER EQUIPMENT: Duvet and pillow x 24, cleaning equipment, air source heat pump, x2, washing machine x2 and TV x2, barbecue x2. Bed linens and towels can be booked separately for €15 per person delivered to the cottage or €20 per person premade. When you book linens + towels, these will be delivered to the cabin before the start of the reservation. You can also get a children's high chair, travel bed, flip board, etc. in the villa, please ask about them separately! OUTDOOR HOT TUB: The villa has two outdoor hot tubs that can be rented for use if desired. The cost of the outdoor hot tub is €170 per piece/reservation. During festivals, the cost of the outdoor hot tub is €230 each/each. At certain times, it's mandatory to take an outdoor hot tub for a reservation (read the times below). NOTES: Accommodation price does not include departure cleaning. You can book a departure cleaning through us for €180 per double villa half (=entire villa 360€). A mandatory departure cleaning fee will be added to reservations at event times (read the times and prices below). The villa is available from 4pm on the day of check-in and the release is at 12pm on the day of departure. For weeks 52-1 and 8-9, the check-in time is at 6pm on the day of check-in and checkout at 12pm on the day of departure. Outside of the above-mentioned times, earlier check-ins /late check-outs are possible, please ask about them separately. On weekends, we rent villas for a minimum of 2 days, but 1-day bookings are also possible on weekdays. Of course, it's always a good idea to ask for 1-day rentals for weekends - let's see if it happens. Pets are allowed in the villa (pet fee of €30/half of the villa/reservation).
